Assessments in Corvallis
Clarity that's right here in Corvallis
Corvallis is a mind-heavy town: a university, long study seasons, and a lot of bright, capable people quietly wondering why the ordinary things feel so much harder for them than they seem to for everyone else.
We do this work in person, right here at our Harrison Boulevard clinic, because a good assessment is built on real attention over time. You come in, we take the hours it deserves, and you leave understanding yourself with a little more compassion.
Bring clarity to lifelong patterns
You may have spent years wondering
Many people come to us as adults, after a lifetime of compensating, masking, or judging themselves for things that were never a character flaw. An assessment can put language to it. Here is what often brings people in.
ADHD ASSESSMENT
An ADHD assessment may help if you struggle with
Focus, follow-through, or finishing tasks
Time blindness or chronic lateness
Disorganization, forgetfulness, or overwhelm
Emotional reactivity or rejection sensitivity
Restlessness, impulsivity, or feeling internally “on”
Starting things easily, but struggling to complete them
Burnout from constantly trying to keep up
Feeling smart and capable, but inconsistent
AUTISM ASSESSMENT
An autism assessment may help if you experience
Feeling different, misunderstood, or socially out of sync
Sensory sensitivity to sound, light, textures, food, clothing, or crowds
Difficulty with change, transitions, or uncertainty
Deep interests, pattern recognition, or intense focus
Social exhaustion or masking
Trouble identifying or expressing emotions
A strong need for routine, predictability, or recovery time
Burnout from trying to appear “fine” or “normal”
We assess for ADHD, autism (ASD), or both together. Not sure which fits? We'll help you figure that out.

Diagnosis
Your clinician walks through the findings with you and provides a detailed written report to keep, reflect on, and share with your care team.
Why Transformative
Why people choose us
Built for adults. Assessments for individuals 18 to 65 who have spent a lifetime wondering, and are ready for clarity.
Unhurried and thorough. Five to seven weekly sessions, so a diagnosis rests on real understanding, not a single rushed visit.
A report you keep. You leave with a detailed written report to reflect on and share with your care team.
Compassionate, never clinical. People tell us they felt respected, believed, and deeply seen, not processed.
Part of a bigger picture. Your results can guide therapy, psychiatry, and support here and beyond, so understanding turns into care.
In person, and unrushed. The work happens face to face at our Corvallis clinic, with time to be understood.

Frequently asked questions
-
Depending on your needs, we offer diagnostic assessments for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD (including subtypes), or both ADHD and ASD together.
-
We begin by gathering your basic information, including your insurance details and benefits, then verify coverage, walk you through the process, and connect you with a clinician who will reach out to schedule. The evaluation typically includes 5 to 7 weekly, one-hour sessions. Once complete, your clinician reviews the diagnosis with you and provides a detailed report to keep or share with your care team.
-
Once the interviews are complete and you have been scored, your clinician will determine whether your experiences and results meet criteria for a diagnosis. If a diagnosis is appropriate, your clinician will walk through the findings with you and provide space for questions, reflection, and next steps. We also encourage you to share your results with your care team to explore treatment options and ongoing support.
-
It depends on your plan. We're now accepting PacificSource, Moda, Providence, Regence/BCBS, Samaritan, and IHN health plans for this service, and we also offer a cash-pay option.
-
Every insurance carrier and plan is different, so how much you pay out of pocket (copays, deductibles, coinsurance) depends on your plan. For clients who prefer to pay cash, we have a flat rate depending on the evaluation.
-
No. Unfortunately the assessments we provide do not meet the requirements necessary for use in disability services (SSDI). This is also not a neuropsychological evaluation.
