Evaluation

You’ll meet with your provider to gently review your medical history and lived experience. From there, we’ll create a care plan that honors where pain, stress, strain, or old patterns may be held — and helps your body move toward more ease.

Manipulation

With your permission, we perform a gentle exam to connect and learn how your body is holding everything.

Home Exercises

The care doesn’t have to end when your session does. Your provider may offer gentle home exercises to help your body carry the work forward — supporting movement, awareness, and ease in your daily life.

Integration

Osteopathic manipulation often works best when integrated with other supportive care. We’re happy to help you explore those options, but your path is always yours to choose.

  • Typically, we begin with three visits spaced about 7–10 days apart so we can understand how your body responds and gauge your progress. From there, we’ll adjust the frequency and duration of care based on your needs, response, and path forward.

  • For all osteopathic manipulations we take Cigna.

  • Even if we are not contracted (in-network) with your primary insurance, we accept credit card payments. However, we may also be able to bill your insurance directly via your Out of Network Benefits. (You will be still be responsible for any remaining balance)

All practitioners accept self-pay (credit card)

  • No. Osteopathic manipulation and chiropractic care may both involve hands-on treatment, but they are not the same. OMT is performed by a physician trained in osteopathic medicine and is often integrated into a broader medical understanding of the whole body, including the nervous system, muscles, joints, tissues, and overall health history.

  • Osteopathic manipulation is often gentle, though you may feel pressure, stretching, movement, or mild soreness afterward. Your provider should work with your body, not against it, and adjust treatment based on your comfort, symptoms, and response.

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. Since treatment may involve gentle movement, stretching, or positioning, loose-fitting clothing is usually best.
