Osteopathic Manipulation | Corvallis, Oregon

Hands-on care for what words can’t always reach

Osteopathic manipulation supports the body’s natural ability to soften, realign, and heal. For tension, chronic pain, stress, headaches, newborns/children, pregnancy/postpartum, and the aches that seem to linger long after the moment has passed.

Evaluation

You’ll meet with your provider to gently review your medical history and lived experience. From there, we’ll create a care plan that honors where pain, stress, strain, or old patterns may be held — and helps your body move toward more ease.

Manipulation

With your permission, we perform a gentle exam to connect and learn how your body is holding everything.

Home Exercises

The care doesn’t have to end when your session does. Your provider may offer gentle home exercises to help your body carry the work forward — supporting movement, awareness, and ease in your daily life.

Integration

Osteopathic manipulation often works best when integrated with other supportive care. We’re happy to help you explore those options, but your path is always yours to choose.
