Ketamine & Spravato in Corvallis

Care that's right here in Corvallis

Corvallis knows the long grey stretch of the year, the way a valley winter can settle into the body and refuse to lift. For some people, the usual paths through depression have been walked more than once, and the fog still hasn't cleared.

Our Kings Boulevard clinic sits right here in town, so this deeper kind of care is only a short drive away. Because ketamine and Spravato® are given in person and gently monitored the whole way through, having a certified center in Corvallis means you can come as often as your plan asks and still be home the same afternoon.

What’s the difference

Ketamine and Spravato® are not the same treatment

Ketamine

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy

A sub-anesthetic dose of ketamine, given by intramuscular injection, under the skin, or under the tongue, and paired with therapy so the experience has somewhere gentle to land.

Spravato®

Esketamine nasal spray

A prescription nasal spray containing esketamine, a close cousin of ketamine, taken in our office under medical supervision and watched over until you are ready to head home.

Both can reach places ordinary treatment hasn't, but they take different roads to get there. Here is how they differ, so you can choose the path that fits, with our physicians helping you decide.

Intake

Meet with one of our REMS-certified physicians to review your medical and psychiatric history and find whether ketamine or Spravato® is a safe, right fit.

Preparation

Meet with a specially trained therapist beforehand to feel grounded and informed, explore what to expect, and set meaningful intentions for the experience.

Sessions

Move through a series of sessions under a certified provider's supervision, with space to gently explore your inner world in a safe, supported setting.

Integration

Meet with your therapist afterward to make meaning from what surfaced and weave those insights into lasting change. Not required, but it helps the work last.

Why Transformative

Why people choose us for this work

REMS-certified physicians. A certified treatment center with physicians who oversee your care from the first conversation onward.

Held from start to finish. Preparation and integration therapy surround the medicine, so the experience has somewhere to land.

Closely monitored, always. You are never handed a treatment and left alone with it. There is care before, during, and after.

Whole-person care. We tend to the mind, the body, and the life around them, not a symptom in isolation.

Insurance welcomed for Spravato®. We are in-network for esketamine with most major Oregon plans, and can bill out-of-network too.

Room to grow. This work sits alongside therapy and psychiatry, so support can expand as you do.

Insurance & getting started

Using your insurance for Spravato®

Cost should never be the fog between you and care. Spravato® (esketamine) is covered by most major Oregon health plans, and we handle the paperwork with you. Here are the plans we work with for esketamine.

Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy is self-pay, though your initial consult may be billable (Samaritan, Moda, PacificSource, Providence, Regence/BCBS). We can also bill out-of-network benefits directly.
