With the addition of Eliza Albright, LCSW, we are now accepting children ages 10+ for therapy, including access to sandtray therapy.

We are thrilled to share we opened a secondary location for Transformative, located conveniently at 1857 NW Kings Blvd in Corvallis, inside the Dixon Creek Professional Center.

Our psychiatry team, which will include ketamine and Spravato® treatments, began seeing patients March 10th,2025 in this new location that includes a quiet treatment space nestled up against Dixon Creek.

We are pleased to welcome Kristin Wanlin, LMFT to Transformative. As a part of her practice, she will be offering therapy to help support individuals with eating disorders.

Spravato (esketamine) has been shown in multiple studies to effectively treat treatment-resistant depression and major depression with suicidality in conjunction with an antidepressant. Most major insurance plans cover this needed service.

We are now accepting referrals for clients 18-65 seeking evaluations for Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD diagnoses! Currently, we accept IHN and Samaritan Commercial health plans, as well as private pay/cash.
