Eliza Albright, LCSW

Therapist

(she/her)

I work with couples and individuals (14+) looking for support and movement in the dilemmas and desires they face. I value choice, collaboration, and curiosity in the therapeutic process and encourage this approach in those I support. My work with couples, families, and individuals is informed by experiential therapy

approaches and I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method Level 1 Couples Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Sand Tray Therapy, and Internal Family Systems, commonly referred to as “parts work.”

I specialize in navigating rupture and repair, internal conflict and decision making, relationship and career-related stress, life transitions, and emotional pain. Through experiential approaches, I help you explore the connections between thoughts, feelings, sensations, and behaviors. Together we'll examine patterns, core beliefs, and protective tendencies to foster repair, clarity, choice, connection, and curiosity in our relationships with ourselves and others. Our hope in this work is to find movement towards what you value and need.

I truly believe in the human capacity for growth and change in spite of the difficulties life often presents. I invite you to reach out if you are looking for support. If there is something you hoped to work on that is not listed here, please contact our practice to see if we may be a good fit.
