Michael Reynolds is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) licensed in California and Oregon. He began his career in acute care nursing and substance detox before pursuing his Master of Science in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing from Regis College. He has since built his practice working with LGBTQ+ individuals, older adults, and adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and major life transitions. Michael's clinical approach is warm, direct, and rooted in the belief that meaningful healing addresses the whole person — body, mind, spirit, and community. He offers psychiatric medication management alongside evidence-based and integrative therapies, and brings experience with ketamine-assisted therapy, alternative therapies such as Reiki, and an informed interest in plant-based modalities. It is this shared commitment to whole-person care that drew him to Transformative Health and Wellness.

Outside of the office, Michael can be found connecting with nature, dancing, exploring the world through adventurous travel — most recently to Peru — and cooking his way through global cuisines.
