Tracy Lenee Bluhm, LMFT
Co-founder, Director of Therapy, Supervisor and Therapist
(she/her)
Tracy has always been in the helping fields. Her undergraduate degree was in integrative studies in medicine and agriculture with a particular focus on cross-cultural practices of health. She went on to become a midwife and helped families in rural settings prepare for one of the most important stages in their lives. From there, she received her graduate degree in couples and family therapy and has been practicing as a therapist since 2013. Tracy helped create an integrated mental health branch in a local, independent medical clinic to offer collaborative and comprehensive care to those who had limited access. This is where she developed her specialty in medical family therapy, offering comprehensive and unique care that tends to the whole person.
Tracy utilizes her expertise in managing chronic illness, injury recovery in outdoor athletes, and whole-person care to offer a unique experience in therapy. Along with supporting her own clients, she is a clinical supervisor and mentor to other therapists.
She has two children of her own and a slew of animals. Tracy is passionate about athletics, family, friends, community, and nature.
