Her background as a licensed massage therapist gives her a unique, foundational insight into the deep connection between the body and emotional health. She understands the profound toll that chronic illness, pain, and stress can take on daily life, which heavily informs her integrative approach.

Operating from a Person-Centered foundation, she integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and somatic mindfulness to help clients build practical skills for emotional regulation and nervous system grounding. She also draws on Narrative and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients rewrite their stories and build upon their existing strengths. She is deeply passionate about working with the Queer and community, honoring the unique challenges and resilience within queer identities, and warmly welcomes clients of all backgrounds.

In her spare time, Vivian enjoys reading, hiking, and puzzles. She has a partner, three adult children, and three cats.
