Winter has spent the better part of a decade taking care of people, and she wouldn't have it any other way. She is a certified Medical Assistant with over four years of experience in dermatology, OB-GYN, and urology.

Her path into healthcare began with an EMT-Basic certification, followed by three years in urology, where she worked her way from the scheduling desk into the exam room. She has also served as Resident Manager at an adult foster home, leading the care staff and showing up for residents on their hardest days. That mix of experience has given her a calm, steady presence when things get tense.

When she's not in scrubs, you'll find Winter at the barn. A lifelong equestrian, she's happiest with reins in her hands, and she'll tell you horses taught her much of what makes her good at her job: patience, reading body language, and earning trust one small moment at a time.
