Therapist

Jenna is an associate therapist at Transformative Health and Wellness. She holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University and works primarily with young adults and adults.

Her background in psychology, philosophy, and cultural anthropology has shaped a deep curiosity about how people experience, understand, and navigate the world around them. Jenna specializes in supporting individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, and ADHD, and she has a strong interest in working with athletes, as well as young adults and adults from all walks of life. She is passionate about helping clients build lifelong resilience, well-being, and happiness as they work through life’s challenges.

Clients working with Jenna can expect a warm, collaborative process that honors their strengths while offering new tools for resilience and personal growth. She takes a non-pathologizing, integrative, and holistic approach, tailoring treatment to each client’s needs. Jenna draws from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic theory, family systems theory, and somatic/body-based approaches. She takes a systemic view of challenges, recognizing the importance of relationships, environments, and life experiences in shaping well-being.

As a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, Jenna enjoys incorporating mindfulness, meditation, and other body-based techniques into her work to support nervous system regulation and healing.

In her free time, Jenna enjoys baking sourdough bread, lifting weights, reading, teaching yoga, watching hockey, and taking long walks in the rain. Jenna welcomes clients seeking support as they work toward resilience, healing, and meaningful change.
