  • Tracy Lenee Bluhm, LMFT (she/her)

    Tracy has always been in the helping fields. Her undergraduate degree was in integrative studies in medicine and agriculture with a particular focus on cross-cultural practices of health. She went on to become a midwife and helped families in rural settings prepare for one of the most important stages in their lives. From there, she received her graduate degree in couples and family therapy and has been practicing as a therapist for a decade. Tracy created an integrated mental health branch in a local, independent medical clinic to offer collaborate and comprehensive care to those who had limited access. This is where she developed her specialty in medical family therapy, offering comprehensive and unique care that tends to the whole person.

    Tracy specializes in psychedelic integration therapy and has worked with Dr. Leesman to offer comprehensive ketamine treatment to the community. She utilizes her expertise in managing chronic illness and whole-person care to offer a unique experience in therapy. Along with supporting her own clients, she is a clinical supervisor to other therapists.

    She has two children of her own, and a slew of animals. Tracy is passionate about athletics, family, friends, community, and nature.

  • Nicole Jennings, LMFT (she/her)

    Nicole believes in the strength and courage of her clients. Prior to her work as a therapist, she spent 10 years teaching people with visual impairments ways to safely and independently navigate their world in order to live a meaningful and fulfilling life. She takes the same approach to her work as a therapist by prioritizing collaborative goal-setting and individualized treatment to help each client embrace their full potential.

    Nicole holds a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and has additional training in EMDR. Her work takes a wholistic approach to the individual, considering all the ways in which people are impacted by their relationships, experiences, culture and identity. Nicole’s strength as a therapist lies in her ability to form a strong and collaborative alliance with her clients as they work together to meet therapeutic goals. She specializes in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, bipolar disorders, OCD, life transitions, divorce counseling, and mental health considerations of physical pain or disability. Her approaches are both evidence-based and strengths-focused.

    In her free time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family of humans and dogs, tending to her plants, knitting or trying to convince someone else to cook dinner.

  • Jess White, LPC, R-DMT (she/they)

    Jess is an Oregon registered Licensed Professional Counselor, a Registered Dance/Movement Therapist, and holds a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling specializing in Dance/Movement Therapy from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA. She brings 14 years of experience in supporting healing, personal growth, and transformation for humans, initially as a massage therapist, yoga therapist, and conscious dance facilitator. She combines her body-based background and training with a client-centered and intersectional feminist lens on growth and healing. She approaches counseling as a collaborative relationship with emphasis on building resilience and honoring strengths.

    Jess works with adults, older teens, and couples. Her areas of focus include neurodivergence (ADHD, autism, and more), trauma, parenting and burnout, grief, anxiety, chronic pain, gender and identity exploration, and climate anxiety. She brings compassion, deep listening, and playfulness as needed to support clients in their process. She has an integrative, holistic orientation to counseling that recognizes the whole person: body, mind, soul, and spirit.

    At home, Jess has one bio kid and one step/bonus kid, her partner and cat. She spends time dancing, in nature, reading fantasy/sci fi, doodling, and exploring.

  • Dominic Lathos, LPC, NCC (he/him)

    Dominic Lathos is a Licensed Professional Counselor originally from Sacramento, CA. Dominic earned his Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bushnell University in December, 2020. Dominic utilizes an integrative approach to therapy based on his experiences completing a bachelor's degree in Anthropology at Washington College in Chestertown, MD as well as his time spent abroad in South Africa for six months during his junior year. Dominic is particularly interested in demystifying the counseling process by taking a person centered and integrative approach to his work. Dominic values transparency and empowerment within the counseling process and uses CBT, Solutions Focused Brief Therapy, and a Strengths-Based Approach to empower clients to make better sense of their path forward. The collaborative nature of Dominic's clinical work seeks to encourage progress and creativity towards the completion of client goals as well as connect clients to their community.

    Dominic is an avid fan of basketball and soccer as well as enjoys reading, playing video games, and hiking in his spare time. Dominic also loves spending time with his cats and often finds himself at live music events in Portland.

  • Erika Gabonay, LMFT (she/her)

    Erika Gabonay, MS, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and holds a master’s degree in Couples and Family Therapy from University of Oregon. Building on her background working with families in the field of education, Erika takes a strengths-based, compassionate approach to working with clients. She is interested in the way stories shape the way we see the world and interconnection with nature as a healing force.

    Erika’s work with clients is a collaborative, compassionate effort to improve well-being by amplifying and expanding strengths. Her approach to therapy is rooted in family systems theory and the narrative therapy model. This means she considers how the client’s experiences, relationships, identities and larger systemic issues contribute to the presenting problem. Areas of focus include grief and loss, medical family therapy, women’s issues, life transitions, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, and ecotherapy. She works with individuals, couples, and families.

    In her free time, she enjoys gardening, playing music, and spending time with friends and family.

  • Jordyn Hohstadt, LPC (she/her)

    Jordyn Hohstadt, LPC (she/her)

    Jordyn Hohstadt, graduated from the University of Oregon’s couples and family therapy program in 2020. She grew up in rural North-Eastern Oregon and graduated with her undergraduate degree in psychology from Eastern Oregon University, being honored as Outstanding Student of Psychology in 2016. She takes a collaborative approach in therapy, co-constructing solutions for the problems you are experiencing. Jordyn believes therapy should be an individualized experience, focusing on your unique context and circumstances.

    She has extensive experience working with teens, young people, and families in navigating the transitions and stressors of young adulthood. She is passionate about working with members of the queer/LBGTQIA+ community both individually and as a family or couple. Jordyn specifically works with people with queer sexual identities and gender diversity, reinforcing internal supports and bolstering strengths for engaging in a cis-heteronormative society. Jordyn works with a variety of client presenting concerns including anxiety disorders, relational concerns, parenting concerns, gender and identity exploration, body image and self-esteem, and neurodiversity.

    When Jordyn is not working, she enjoys spending time with her spouse and cats. You may find her playing Dungeons and Dragons, painting, or attending concerts.

  • Taylor Gjesdal, LPC (she/her)

    Taylor Gjesdal, LPC (she/her)

    Taylor is a licensed professional counselor and holds a master’s degree in Couples and Family Therapy from the University of Oregon. Her undergraduate degree was completed at Pacific Lutheran University, where she majored in Psychology and minored in Sociology.

    Taylor works from a collaborative, strengths-based and systemic perspective. She utilizes trauma-informed CBT, solution-focused therapy (SFT) and emotion-focused therapy (EFT) to further support and empower her client's in reaching their therapeutic goals. Taylor works to deepen her client’s understanding of their mental, physical and emotional experiences while actively assisting clients in building tangible and accessible coping tools/skills.

    Taylor often utilizes a balance of humor, warmth, curiosity and openness in sessions and values the process of building trust and safety with her clients. She strives to deepen her understanding of her client's needs and assist them in their journey towards personal growth.

    Taylor works with older teens, individuals and couples. Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, chronic illness/pain, sexual/intimacy concerns and relational conflict. Taylor is also passionate about working with those in the LGBTQIA+ community.

    In her free time, she enjoys reading a good book, going on walks, painting and spending time with her family and friends.

  • Taryn Borsch, LCSW

    Taryn Borsch, LCSW

    Taryn has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2019, and practicing psychotherapy since 2015. Taryn believes interpersonal connection is the foundation of mental health, and in the importance of creating an empowering environment where truths can be heard and felt. Taryn specializes in trauma therapy and has training in Cognitive Processing Treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder. She has particular experience and passion for working with indigenous peoples of the United States, formerly incarcerated people, and with the LGBTQ community. Open/poly friendly.

    Taryn primarily uses mindfulness based interventions, along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

    Outside the therapy room, Taryn lives with her partner Rose and cat Coraline. She enjoys dancing, reading, hiking, floating on the river, and watching her cat explore the garden.

    Somen Maiti, Professional Counselor Associate (he/him)

    Somen Maiti believes that his clients are the experts in their own lives, and utilizes a collaborative approach in order to meet every client’s unique and individual mental health needs. Somen holds a master’s degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from Western Oregon University.

    Somen values the importance of representation in the mental health world and maintains a passion for assisting the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities. He approaches therapy from a nonjudgmental and open standpoint so that his clients can work towards their mental health goals in a safe and welcoming environment. He utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Polyvagal-Informed Therapy to help his clients restructure their erroneous beliefs surrounding various situations that may have created emotional and behavioral disturbances, while also helping them engage in acceptance and mindfulness strategies that foster behavioral changes and encourages cognitive flexibility. Somen’s areas of specialty include anxiety, depression, self-esteem work, minority stress, identity/sexuality stress, and racial identity work.

    In his free time, Somen enjoys spending time with his partner and their pets, running, hiking, cooking, and reading fiction novels.

  • Billie Travelstead, MSW, CSWA (she/her)

    Billie Travelstead, MSW, CSWA (she/her)

    Billie believes that choosing to seek therapy is a radical act of self-love. The first step in a journey that may not always be easy, but can allow one to more consciously create the life they desire. This gift of introspection and healing is one only you can give yourself, and she is honored to walk beside those who choose this path.

    Though she draws from a number of theories and techniques, she is always strengths based and trauma informed in her practice. She often draws from theories of mindfulness, neurobiology, and self-compassion, and is a strong believer in providing both grounding and solution focused techniques that allow you to continue your personal introspection well after the time spent in session.

    Billie is also a certified American Sign Language Interpreter and would be happy to work with those who communicate most comfortably in ASL. Billie received a Bachelors in Deaf Studies from Cal. State, Northridge then moved back to the Northwest to get a Masters in Social Work from Portland State University, with a focus on social justice and community based social work. She has done work in criminal justice settings and community non-profits but worked primarily in higher education in a number of roles- supporting first-generation college students, teaching life skills and emotional intelligence, and assisting employees with disabilities with accommodations.

    Billie is a life-long learner who enjoys travel, crocheting, a good book, writing for reflection, yoga, her nieces and nephew, adventures with my partner, all night talks and laughing until her cheeks hurt.

    Stephanie McLain, MFT Associate (she/her)

    Stephanie is a Marriage & Family Therapist Associate who earned her master’s after nearly a decade of service to individuals, children, and families in a variety of roles, from Doula to Family Support Specialist. Walking with families through loss and life hardship imparted on Stephanie a deep care and understanding for those recovering from developmental and complex trauma, who are seeking a brighter life forward, not only for themselves but for their children.

    Stephanie believes that by nurturing and healing the individual, families will thrive, and that when families thrive, the entire world benefits.

    Stephanie understands that deep healing involves addressing mind, body, and soul. Through an integrative approach to therapy, she utilizes Attachment-based models, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, and Mindfulness-based interventions to tailor therapy to the individual. Stephanie has particular interest and experience with supporting individuals in the processing of their developmental trauma, as well as in supporting individuals and families through the perinatal period, first five years of parenting, and in navigating restoration in parent/adult-child relationships.

    Outside of therapy, Stephanie loves reading, adventures with her family, yoga, novelty, and connecting with others.
