She strongly believes in the connection between the mind and body, and the toll chronic illness, pain, and stress can affect our lives.
Vivian provides a safe, non-judgmental space grounded in Person-Centered and Existential approaches, utilizing Relational-Cultural Theory to emphasize healing through mutually empowering relationships. She integrates Narrative Therapy to help clients regain agency and Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy to leverage existing strengths. She is passionate about working with the Queer community, understanding the unique challenges and resilience inherent in queer identities. She welcomes clients of all backgrounds and identities, believing that diversity enriches the therapeutic process.
Vivian has a partner, three children, and four cats. In her spare time, she likes to read, hike, do complex puzzles, and play board games with her family.
