Psychiatry Medical Provider

Transformative Health and Wellness is an integrative outpatient health clinic that combines a variety of modalities to support whole-person health. We offer an array of mental health treatments as well as ketamine assisted psychotherapy and are looking to expand our services for the community. We are looking for a creative and motivated full or part time medical provider (Psychiatrist MD/DO, PMHNP, PA-C) to support this vision. Our vision statement is focused on approachable, grounded, humanistic, sustainable whole-person care for the community, multiple options of care for diverse clients, supporting the creativity of each provider while maintaining a team approach. Bring your own interests and specialties! We have flexible work schedules, generous compensation, and a very skilled and motivated team. Preferred skills include medication management, evaluations, an integrative approach, and preventative care. We value integrity, compassion, collaboration, and balance.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited school of medicine with a PMHNP, MD or DO degree and an approved residency program in psychiatry

• Current Oregon license

• Board certification by national board

• DEA certification

Responsibilities:

• Performing assessments, consultation and follow-up appointments

• Collaborate with an integrative multidisciplinary team

• Maintain a manageable workload that supports sustainable work/life balance and conscientious care for clients
